2. Encouarge the participants to develop their creative expression in order to channel their energies in a positive way.

PROJECTS
PHILOSOPHY

In the face of today's overwhelming societal problems involving violence, drugs, and racial intolerance, we have rushed to find quick solutions to complex problems. Within these solutions the utilization of art and culture as positive catalysts for social change has been largely overlooked.
Art has the capacity to stimulate in youth inherent knowledge and cause social changes beyond the realm of education making the participants conscience of himself and the society he lives.

All projects would have to be fully developed and implemented with the participation of its community members. The success of the project should be measured by the experience and integration of its participants and its ability to promote future collaborations.
